Who We Are

Launa Klimowicz-Brown

Launa Klimowicz-Brown is a retired Army Sergeant Major with several combat tours under her belt.  After a twenty-eight year career, Launa has extensive experience in leadership training as well as operational planning. Her strong leadership combined with independent thinking and sound judgment has fueled a long and successful career.

While on active duty, Launa Klimowicz-Brown served as the first Senior Enlisted Advisor for National Guard Affairs to the Commander, Third U.S. Army. In this position she completed several combat tours.  While deployed, she planned, coordinated, and supervised operational-level matters including the visits of governors, state congressional representatives, and other diplomats into countries—from the Horn of Africa to Central Asia—with ongoing combat operations and state partnership programs. She also aided in further developing the noncommissioned officer corps and the role of women serving in armies such as Jordan, Kazakhstan, and Tajikistan. She was involved in shaping the existing plans and policy guidance for all mobilizing Soldiers by serving on the congressional committee for Deployment Cycle Support and Combat Readiness Center recertification.

Since her retirement in 2009 Launa formed a strategic partnership with 360 Solutions, and she continues to reach out and give of herself to organizations that cater to Soldiers and their families.  She volunteers in several nonprofit organizations.  She is a life member of the Veterans of Foreign War (VFW), the Association of the United States Army (AUSA), and the American Legion Post 91.

Victor S. Angry

Meet Victor S. Angry, retired Army Command Sergeant Major with over twenty-three years of active federal service.  Born in Altamonte Springs, Florida, Victor dreamed big and was no stranger to hard work.  After graduating from Lyman High School in Longwood, Florida in 1986, his work ethic was put to the test when he joined the United States Army.  It was in the Army that Victor developed a love for fitness, commitment to service, and the ability to successfully and passionately lead others. 

Victor Angry was the first African American to hold the position as Command Sergeant Major of the entire Army National Guard and as its first Interim. He was responsible for more than 368,200 Soldiers in all 50 states, 3 territories and the District of Columbia. He is an unwavering advocate and supporter of all who are working towards bettering themselves.  Community is essential to him. He ardently believes that helping others become successful is the key to our own success, as well as the key to maintaining thriving communities. Which is why in the middle of a very full life, he gives one night a week and one weekend a month as a volunteer firefighter with the Dale City Volunteer Fire Department (DCVFD) where the motto “Second to None” is a lifestyle.  It’s often said about Firefighters that they run towards what others run away from, a quote that Fire Fighter Angry takes very seriously.  In addition to being a First Responder, Victor is also the department’s Public Education Coordinator where he continues his passion to by educating the public on safety matters.

  Mr. Angry holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University; a bachelor’s degree in Justice Administration from Hawaii Pacific University and an Associate’s degree in Leader Development from Hawaii Pacific University. He is a life member of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA), the Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States (EANGUS) and the Army Aviation Association of America (AAAA). He is a current member of the Veterans of Foreign War (VFW) and a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

Award-winning, visionary, innovative, and hands-on Senior Marketing Professional and Manager with experience leading and supporting teams in the execution of effective marketing strategies. Resourceful Email Marketing and Operations Specialist with expertise interfacing with multi-cultural and diverse staff members, personalities and skill sets to ensure on-time project completion per company standards. Solutions-oriented and results-focused team player with a strong work ethic, capable of developing consistent, efficient operating procedures for implementation to mitigate risk and drive efficiency.

Chip Wilson

Chip Wilson is Founder and CEO of 360 Solutions, a leadership development firm focused on building high performing organizations. From its inception in 1998, Chip has grown the organization to over 600 offices in the US with additional offices in 14 countries. He is frequently called upon for his knowledge as an entrepreneur, consultant, and speaker. While he is easygoing by nature, there is no doubt he is passionate about helping others start, build, and run purpose-driven organizations.

In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations of 360 Solutions, Chip develops organizational curriculum, writes books, hosts a weekly podcast, and sits on the board of for profit and nonprofit organizations. His continuous effort to develop leaders is the cornerstone of what drives him.
